All these participants were asked to eat healthy food items for 3 months in order to conduct the study. In addition to these food items, they were also directed to consume not more than 500 calories per day. The variable in the diet of the experimental group was different spices. 

First Group:

The first group (experimental group) consumed cumin 3 grams per day. For convenience, this cumin was mixed in 140 g of yogurt

Second Group:

On the other hand, the second group (control group) was directed to consume the only yogurt without cumin.

Final Result From Research:

The results were quite surprising and astonishing when the experiment trial was completed. The experimental group which consumed the cumin with yogurt reduces 14 pounds more weight than the control group which was not provided any cumin. 

In addition to these, more fats were lost in the first group than in the second one. The former group lost 14.64% whereas the latter group lost only 4.91%.
